3. My opinion about ” Working for free” in this episode.
I think "working for free" is less acceptable. Although the company provide the internships to us, we have contribute our times and abilities to the job. I think the employer can give the salary less than the full-time job. It can be accept more easier.
Another way is the company can have a test to get the internships, so the intern can capable of the job. It should be the excuse to refuse working for free.
